BEHEADINGS in 2015 ?
Obama continues to single-handedly make things worse in the Middle East situation.
He's still not willing to call the ISIS crisis a 'war' - and he's acting like it's no big deal -
while still refusing 'boots on the ground' while he's effectively put 450 new boots on
the ground in 'consulting'positions. Then, refusing to all Isis Muslims, one starts wondering, again, whose side he's on. Worst of all, Obama continues to be slow on the draw while Isis has grown its forces to 30,000, maybe 60,000 next month at this rate.
Bush had 48 allies going into Iraq, Obama has effectively no allies in Syria fighting
and perhaps nine in Iraq, depending on the 'farmers and doctors' to suddenly learn
to fight. We've already seen Iraqi forces give up since Obama pulled back our forces
two years ago. Did we not maintain a necessary presence there - as Bush warned us -
the 'bad guys' would spread right back and that's exactly what they've done.
Meanwhile, while Obama's out golfing instead of attracting our 'broad multilateral
forces' he speaks of(?) while losing momentum and respect of
leaders who would normally be right there fighting with us.
Three beheadings later, nothing's really changed and number four could be only days a way at
this rate.

WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN
Sure, it's easy to look back in hindsight, but it's clear that Obama opened the gates
for more terrorism. Obama's single achievement of killing Bid Laden means nothing now
as we're in a worse situation than anytime in his administration.
Never in our wildest dreams - going back to childhood - could we imagine our own
U.S. citizens being BEHEADED. That's something that goes back to ancient times - and occasionally seen in recent times among their own people.
Even after removing all our forces from Iraq, Obama could have saved himself,
three upstanding American citizens by doing what other leaders have done
in crisis situations:
1) Months ago when the situation got tense, Obama should have Demanded all American citizens leave areas of terrorism including Syria and parts of Iraq - and if they don't they'll be at their own risk. Sure, people make mistakes, but, like Benghazi, our Americans deserve
to be given the very best chance of life (as Obama always claims: 'We Always
Cover Our Citizens.' ) Foley and company had little chance, just like our four boys
in Benghazi and 19 Navy seals who mysteriously went down on a botched, risky mission
following Benghazi that we don't hear much about.
2) Obama should have paid off Isis for the three men, prior to the tragic acts that were
perpetrated on them- and any other prisoners still there. Forget the 'rule' that we
don't pay off terrorists to get our own people back. France and Germany get criticized
for buying back their prisoners, but if life truly means something and Obama wants
to stay true to his word that we truly back our people,
he should have sucked it up until all prisoners - or as
many as possible - could get out of Syria.
It's nice to say 'we will bring the purpetrators to justice' (which they rarely do)
but much more important to try to prevent the barbaric deeds like these from ever
happening.
3) Only after American citizens were pretty much gone from Syria should Obama
have gone in and bombed Isis in one quick action including necessary boots on the ground.
This is how past U.S. Presidents did it - and would have acted here.
Until Obama, we haven't seen such a rash of political/terrorism acts of brutality -
not since the early 1800s and a single act during slavery times.
